Mapon has two types of invoices: subscription invoices and order invoices.
A subscription invoice shows your charges for Mapon services in the billing period, any unpaid amounts, and everything you need to make a payment.
An order invoice shows the products and services you ordered, such as devices and installation work. This article explains each part of both invoices, from the top of the page to the bottom.
Subscription invoice
Invoice details
You can find these details in the top right corner of the invoice.
Invoice No.: The unique number of your invoice. Include it when you make a payment, so we can match your payment to the correct invoice.
Date: The date the invoice was issued.
Page: The number of pages in the invoice.
Payment date: The invoice due date. Pay by this date to avoid late payment fees.
Billing details
Client: Your company's billing details, such as your company name, address, and bank details.
Distributor: The billing details for AS Mapon.
Payment type: The payment method for this invoice, for example, a bank transfer.
Services for the billing period
This table lists the services you received during the billing period.
Title: The name of the service, for example, a subscription or BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) beacons.
Period: The billing period for each service.
Quantity and Serv. type: How many units of the service you have, for example, 3 pcs (pieces).
Amount EUR: The amount for each service in the billing period.
Total: The total amount for all services in this invoice.
Unpaid invoices
This table shows invoices from previous periods that are not paid yet.
Unpaid invoices: The number of the unpaid invoice.
Amount: The original amount of the unpaid invoice.
Payment date: The due date of the unpaid invoice.
Days: The number of days the invoice is overdue.
Late payment fee: The penalty interest added for late payment.
Amount EUR: The unpaid amount, including the late payment fee.
Total: The total unpaid amount from previous periods.
Invoice totals
Amount without VAT: The total amount for the services, without VAT (value-added tax).
VAT: The total VAT amount.
Invoice amount: The amount for the current invoice only.
Unpaid invoices: The amount from previous unpaid invoices.
Total: The total amount you need to pay. This includes the current invoice and any unpaid invoices.
Payment information
At the bottom of the invoice, you can find the information you need to make a payment:
The total amount, written in words.
A reminder to include the invoice number when you pay.
The Pay button and a QR code, so you can pay quickly and easily.
📘The invoice shows your account status on the date the invoice was issued. If you make a payment after this date, you will see it in your next invoice.
After order invoice

Economic description: The type of transaction, for example, a delivery.
Products and services
This table lists the products and services you ordered.
Title: The name of the product or service, for example, a tracking device with installation. If the service is for a specific vehicle, you can see the vehicle registration number below the title.
Product code: The code of the product.
HS code: The customs code of the product. HS stands for Harmonized System, which is an international system for classifying goods.
Quantity and Serv. type: The number of units, for example, 1 pcs (piece).
Cost: The price for one unit.
Amount EUR: The total amount for the product or service.
Total: The total amount for all products and services in this invoice.
Invoice totals
Amount without VAT: The total amount for the products and services, without VAT (value-added tax).
VAT: The total VAT amount.
Invoice amount: The amount for this invoice.
Total: The total amount you need to pay.
