Why is access to my Mapon platform account blocked?

Your access to the Mapon platform may be blocked if you have unpaid invoices.

Our system sends two email reminders within two weeks after the due date. If the invoice isn’t paid by then, access to Mapon is automatically blocked.

After payment, access will be restored within 2 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
