How to add new BLE devices

You can add BLE devices from SettingsBLE device settings section.

🔔 If a new BLE device is registered, AND it has the status Active, then there will be an additional charge to the bill.


One by one

To add BLE devices one by one:

  1. Go to SettingsBLE device settings.

  2. Click the ADD TAG button at the top right.

  3. Enter all the information about the BLE device.

  4. Click the SAVE button at the bottom.


Import multiple at once

You can add multiple BLE devices at once with an excel file:

  1. Go to SettingsBLE device settings.

  2. Click the IMPORT button at the top right.

  3. Drag and drop an excel file (.XLS), or browse your computer to find it.

  4. Enter the number of the row where the information starts (if the first row is heading, then enter 2) and click ANALYZE FYLE.

  5. After that, the system will show the BLE devices that will be imported to the platform. Check if everything is correct, and click VALIDATE FILE.

  6. If it validated correctly, click IMPORT.
