How to add a "payment method" — and enable automatic payments

Adding a payment method to your Mapon account is the fastest way to pay your invoices. Your payments go through right away, so you do not need to make bank transfers manually.

If your account is ever blocked because of an unpaid invoice, a saved payment method also helps you restore access quickly.

Add payment method

To set up a payment method:

  1. Go to Billing & Assets -> Invoices
    ​

  2. Open the "Payment method" tab.
    ​

  3. Click the ADD PAYMENT METHOD button.
    ​

  4. Select payment method you are going to add.
    ​

  5. Fill in your payment details (like card information or log in to your PayPal account).

🔔 To confirm it’s your card, you’ll be temporarily charged 1 EUR. We’ll return it to your account right away.

✅ Once you have added your payment method, you can also enable automatic payments

Enable automatic payments

  1. Go to Billing & Assets -> Invoices
    ​

  2. Open the "Payment method" tab.
    ​

  3. Enable the toggle next to the payment method you want to use
    (in the Automatic payments column).

📘Your card will be charged 3 days after you receive an invoice.
