πŸ”” Keep in mind! Billing and assets management is available for administrators or users with the appropriate permissions and depends on the contract terms.

The Asset Management section is a crucial part of our system designed to keep track of all your assets such as vehicles, machinery, or any other valued item. It serves as a place to view all your vehicles or units, add new ones, and monitor their subscription status. The status is particularly important as it informs you whether an asset is active, or inactive, which will influence its inclusion in billing processes.

You can find the Asset management section inside the platform on the left side menu under Billing & Assets, represented by the icon .

πŸ“˜ 'Asset' refers to any valuable item in our system. A 'Unit' can also be considered an asset.
