How to activate or deactivate the Subscription for a vehicle

πŸ”” Keep in mind! Billing & assets management is available for administrators or users with the appropriate permissions and based on the contract terms and conditions.

  1. Open Asset Management under Billing and Assets in the main menu.
    ​

  2. Find the vehicle you want to update.
    ​

  3. Click ACTIVATE or DEACTIVATE to change its subscription status.

πŸ”” Important! You can deactivate devices only once in 30 days since the previous activation. So if you activate a device of the first day of the month you’ll be able to deactivate it at the 30th day. All devices can be activated again on the next day after the deactivation.

🚨 All deactivated units will disappear from the map and become inactive in the end of the month.
