If you do not have the option to deactivate a vehicle under Asset management, one of the following three scenarios is possible:
the terms of Mapon's service contract temporarily or generally does not offer this option for your account;
you or another user has already clicked the DEACTIVATE button earlier this month;
📘 A vehicle that has had its subscription fee temporarily deactivated disappears from the map at the end of the month.
30 days have not passed since the last activation.
🔔 Keep in mind! You can deactivate devices only once in 30 days since the previous activation.
