What do I need to do if I have moved a tracking device from one vehicle to another?

In this case, you will need to decide if you need historical data for the vehicle.

If you need to retain vehicle history data for a vehicle that previously had this device installed on, you must write to Mapon Client Support to request to transfer the device from the current vehicle to the new one in the system.

If you do not have a need to keep historical vehicle data, you can simply change the vehicle license plate number in the vehicle settings.
