Since devices are assigned to vehicles in the system by Mapon employees, if you replace the device yourself, you need to note the serial number of the new device before installing it on the vehicle (or its IMEI code) and write to Mapon Client Support with a request to replace the device in the system with a new one.
🚨 If you do not report the installation of the new device before the vehicle starts moving, you will lose part of the data before the device is replaced in the system.
