How does it work

SENT GEO is a system used in Poland, that aims to eliminate fraud related to VAT, excise duties, and other forms of tax.

If you are shipping, receiving, transporting the so-called 'sensitive goods' or trading in heating fuel you are obliged to report the transport to the electronic SENT register and update it. As a carrier, you are also obliged to equip the means of transport with a device transmitting geolocation data.

For more information about SENT system and regulations see the link here.

πŸ”” Keep in mind! Integration management is available for administrators or users with unlimited access only.

Set up SENT-GEO integration

1. Go to Settings section and open subsection Integrations

2. Find and select SENT-GEO integration tab

πŸ“˜ If you don't find this integration in the integration list, contact your Client Project Manager or Mapon Client Support.

3. Find the vehicle you want to register in the SENT-GEO system and press the button REGISTER CAR

πŸ“˜ Registration process can take up to 30 minutes.

To avoid waiting for the registration to be completed, you can set up a specific notification to be received when the response from the SENT-GEO service is received.

4. Once the registration process is complete and successful, OBU ID and PIN will appear for the registered vehicle

5. To enable geolocation data forwarding to SENT system, click the button in 'Data Forward' column

πŸ“˜ A green switch indicates active data forwarding to the e-TOLL system, while a gray switch signifies that no data is being forwarded.

6. After data forwarding is activated, the integration is fully set and ready to use.

πŸ“˜ Coordinates will not be sent when the vehicle is outside Polish borders.
