Why my files are not being uploaded to my Tachogram account anymore?

There could be one of these three reasons for this situation:

  • your Tachogram account is temporarily blocked (e.g. because of unpaid bill)

  • API key was deleted or changed

  • technical bug in the upload file solution (in these cases all files will be transferred once the issue is prevented by our IT specialists)


Is it possible to view my Tachogram account together with my Mapon account?

Yes, we do have an option to add Tachogram interface to your Mapon account. We use iFrame solution for that.
If you want to view your Tachogram information inside your Mapon account, please contact your Client Project Manager or Mapon Client Support.


Can I re-upload my files to Tachogram account if my Tachogram account was blocked due to delayed payment or API key changes?

Unfortunately, there is no option to re-upload files via integration. You will have to download missing files and upload them to your Tachogram account manually.

Therefore, we recommend that you ensure that your Tachogram invoices are paid in a timely manner and that you do not make any changes to the API key settings and file upload configuration to Tachogram unnecessarily.
