If the third party platform is not receiving all the necessary data from your Mapon account, please check if there are necessary permissions in the Available actions and Available vehicles or car groups provided.

If all the permissions are set correctly, we advice you to check if the chosen method includes parameters you are willing to share with the third party platform in our API documentation.
