How to request assistance with API methods?

If you are experiencing any issues with setting API key and you need assistance, you can reach out to our Support Team via e-mail.

To get assistance you will need to:

  • provide API key that is being used for data sharing;

  • include third party platform IT specialist to the recipients of the e-mail you are sending to us, so we can assist them with API method settings;

  • describe what kind of information needs to be shared via API key.

🚨 If we receive an e-email from the third party platform representative, we will not provide any assistance until it is approved by an authorized Mapon user in the same e-mail conversation.
