The Vehicle profile in the Fleet section gives you a complete overview of a vehicle or other unit in one place.
It brings together its current status, location, key metrics, specifications, cameras, documents, service information, and more, so you can quickly find the information you need without jumping between different sections.
✅ Although it is called the Vehicle profile, it is used for any type of unit in your fleet, not only vehicles.
📘The information shown in the profile may vary depending on the type of unit, its available data, and the solutions enabled for your account.
How to open it
To open a vehicle's profile (or unit profile):
Go to the
Fleet section.Choose a unit from the list.
Click its license plate or name.
Features
See the most important information
The top of the profile gives you a quick overview of the unit and its current information. Depending on the available data, you can see details such as its current driver, location, status, mileage, engine hours, and groups.
You can also upload a photo to make units easier to recognize when managing a larger fleet.
Edit vehicle information
Select Edit vehicle from the profile to add or update the unit's information and settings. This lets you keep its details accurate and adjust the information used across the platform as your fleet changes.
View the unit’s current location
See the unit’s current location directly from its profile.
Click the map preview to open a bigger map in a pop-up window, where you can zoom in, zoom out, and move around the map for a closer look.
For a more detailed information and additional map features, click the "Live map" button to open the vehicle/unit in the Online Map section.
Check your cameras at a glance
If the unit has cameras, you can quickly check their connection status and any camera warnings directly from the top of the Vehicle profile. From here, you can also go straight to the live feed or Memory card section.
Get a quick view of key fleet metrics
Information cards give you an easy way to check important data without opening separate reports. Depending on the solutions and data available for the unit, you may see information such as distance travelled, engine hours, fuel consumption, and fleet efficiency.
View specifications and other details
The Specification tab keeps important information about the vehicle in one place.
Depending on the unit, this can include details such as its make and model, engine information, fuel type, weight, emission class, VIN, registration information, and other available specifications.
Keep track of maintenance, documents and more
Get a quick overview of important information related to your unit, including service reminders, repair costs, documents and licences, and historical damage. Check upcoming reminders or due dates, review recorded costs and damage, and open the relevant tab whenever you need more details or want to manage the information.
View camera information and events
Open the Cameras tab for a more detailed overview of the cameras connected to the unit. Here, you can check each camera's status, warnings, number of channels, last check-in, and subscription status.
You can also view recent camera events or open the full list of events for the unit.
