The "Visibility in reports" feature allows you to control which vehicles are displayed in your reports, if they are no longer tracked. It helps manage visibility for vehicles that had tracking devices installed but no longer do.
To adjust this setting, in the Fleet section use the "Visibility in reports" dropdown at the top. You can choose between:
Visible: Shows currently tracked vehicles (default view of the Fleet section).
Visible without equipment: Displays vehicles that no longer have tracking devices but they are currently enabled for the reports.
Not visible: Displays vehicles that no longer have tracking devices and they are currently hidden from the reports.
