Depots are mainly used to divide vehicles into sub-companies for downloading digital tachograph files from the separate digital tachograph company cards. However, depots can also be used as an alternative way of grouping vehicles.
🔔 A vehicle can only be part of ONE depot, unlike vehicle groups where vehicles can be part of several groups.
Create a depot
To create a depot:
Go to
Settings → Depots.
Click the Create a new depot button on the top right.
In the pop-up window, enter the data for the depot.
Click SAVE to create depot.
Edit depot
To edit the data and information of a depot:
Go to
Settings → Depots.
On the right side of the list, locate the Actions column.
Click on the pencil icon
to Edit.
Edit the necessary information.
Click Save at the bottom.
Delete depot
🔔 A depot can only be deleted after all the vehicles/units and drivers inside it have been removed.
Go to
Settings → Depots.
On the right side of the list, locate the Actions column.
Click the bin icon
to Delete
Confirm with "Yes, delete".
