The Fleet section gives you one central place to view and manage the vehicles and other units in your fleet.

It brings together general unit information and technical data collected from installed tracking devices in a customizable table, making it easy to compare units and find the information you need.

Although this section is called Fleet and is commonly used for vehicles, it can include any type of unit added to the platform, such as trailers, machinery, containers, or other assets.

You can find this section under Fleet management → Fleet.

The information blocks above the table give you a quick overview of important fleet data. Depending on the solutions and data available for your fleet, you can see information such as documents and licences expiration, service reminders, distance travelled, engine hours, fuel consumption, and repair costs.

Some monthly data blocks also show the previous month's value, making it easy to compare recent fleet activity.

See your units and their key information and technical data together in one table, making it easy to get an overview of your entire fleet. This can include general details, mileage, engine hours, fuel information, driving behaviour, device information, custom data, and more.

Open the Fleet section's settings to enable or disable individual columns and build a view that works for you. For example, you could keep the table simple with only the license plate, make and model, mileage, and driver, or add more technical columns when you need a more detailed overview.

You can create Custom fields to add custom parameters that are not included by default but are crucial for tracking your fleet. The data for these custom parameters can be added individually for each vehicle and they can be these different types:

Easily find the units and information you need using search, filters, and sorting. Use the filters above the table to narrow down the displayed units, search for specific unit, or click the arrows next to column names to sort the data where available.

This makes it easier to find and organize information, especially when managing a larger fleet.

Click a unit's license plate or name to open its Vehicle profile, where you can get a more detailed overview of that specific unit.

The profile brings together information such as its current location and status, specifications, key metrics, cameras, service information, documents, repair costs, and other available details.

Click the Edit button at the end of the table to edit your vehicle from right here, without opening the vehicle's profile. You can update its information and other unit-specific settings.

Use the Visibility in reports filter to view and manage units that are no longer tracked. You can switch between currently tracked units (Visible), units without tracking devices that are still visible in reports (Visible without equipment), and units that have been hidden from reports (Not visible).

This helps you keep your vehicle list organized while still being able to access and manage units that are no longer actively tracked.

Use the Cameras filter to quickly find units with cameras, including those with live video available or offline cameras.

You can also access camera features directly from the vehicle list. Click View live video to open a unit's live camera feed when available, or View events to go directly to the Camera Events section, where you can see events for that specific unit.

Use the Export button on the top right corner to download the information displayed in your Fleet table as an XLS (Excel) file. The exported file contains the same data shown in your table, making it easy to review, analyze, or share your fleet information outside the platform.

The Fleet section works together with other sections in the Fleet management module like: Fleet expenses, Fleet efficiency, Repair costs, Documents and licenses, Vehicle inspections; And other vehicle related sections like Vehicle Groups and Depots.

You may find the information added in the Fleet section will show up in other of our solutions and information added from other solutions could also appear here, like fuel data or asset tag data.
