How does the 'Drivers' section work?

The Drivers section is your central hub for managing all driver and employee data. Here, you can create and organize driver profiles, track driver records, and manage various fleet-related information in one place.

Additionally, you can set up user accounts for drivers and other employees, enabling them to use the Employee Mapon Go mobile app for real-time updates. You can find it in Driver management ➑ Drivers .

βœ… For employees who are not drivers but still need access to the Employee mobile app Mapon Go, you can list them in the Drivers section.


Features

View all data on the table

It's main feature is the driver/employee table which is completely customizable to show which driver/employee information and data you want to see with the possibility of using filters, searching and sorting them.

Driver profile & Driver settings

You can directly access the driver/employee profile settings, to edit their information and provide access to the Employee mobile app Mapon Go.

Or quickly access their profile to see more detailed information about each driver/employee.

Create or import Drivers

Here you can create drivers and set their accounts or import a list of drivers.

Create custom fields

You can create Custom fields to add custom parameters that are not included by default but are crucial for tracking your employees. The data for these custom parameters can be added individually for each driver and they can be these different types:

  • Text

  • Date

  • File

  • Web link

  • Image

Create and manage Driver groups

You can create Driver groups to divide them into teams or branches of your company.


Works well with

The Drivers section works together with other sections in the Driver management module like: Driving behaviour, Event map, Driver documents, Worktime; And other driver related solutions and features like Messaging, Tachograph solution or Depots.
