When a driver or employee needs access to reports without full user access, you can grant them limited access to reports through the web version of the Mapon platform.

'Access to reports from the system' is an option that can be enabled for a driver/employee. Enabling it grants access to our web Platform with just the Reports and Scheduled reports sections available.

This option can be found while creating a driver/employee or editing their settings, in the User account tab. To enable it, press the toggle button and enter the rest of the information to create a user account for the driver/employee, which they can later use to access the platform.
