Driver groups can be used throughout the platform to more conveniently select several drivers at once, to get all the data you need from them, instead of selecting vehicles one by one.

📘 One driver can be added to several driver groups.
Create a driver group
Go to
Driver management ➡ Drivers and switch to Groups tab.
Click on the CREATE NEW GROUP button.
Enter the group's title, and set the visibility. Optionally, select a parent group if you want to turn this group into a subgroup.
📘 Groups with private visibility can only be seen and edited by you.
Groups with global visibility are visible to all users, but only those with unlimited access rights or specific permissions can edit them. If you have limited rights, you will only see the drivers within each group that you have permission to access.🔔 The visibility cannot be changed afterwards.
Use the checkboxes to choose which drivers will be a part of this group.
Click the SAVE button.
✅ You can also assign a driver to a driver group from the driver's settings.
Edit a or delete driver group
To make changes to a driver group or to delete it:
Go to
Driver management ➡ Drivers and switch to Groups tab.
Find the driver group you want to change, and then:
