It's possible you are unable to create a driver with that email address because that email is already in use for another account or another driver profile in the Mapon platform.

Each email can only be linked to one account, so you can’t create a driver with an email that's already used for another user or driver profile.

If an employee is both a user and a driver in your company, and they need access to the Mapon Driver app, you should consider linking their driver profile with their user account. This way, the same email address and password can be used for both roles.

✅ Linking the profiles allows the person to seamlessly switch between their user and driver roles without needing separate logins. This option ensures that the same email address can effectively manage both types of accounts.

However, if the person needs to have separate accounts for different purposes, you will need to use a different email address for the driver account.
