Why can't my driver access 'Mapon Go'?

Your driver may be unable to access Mapon Go because their profile hasn’t been set up with the necessary access. Make sure that access to the Employee mobile application is enabled in their driver profile. You'll also need to create an email and password for them, which they can use to log in.

If your driver or employee forgets their Mapon Go app password, they can’t reset it on their own (unless a user account is linked). Only a Mapon user can change the driver’s password, which can be done in the Driver profile settings under the User account tab.
