In the Drivers section click Edit next to the relevant driver to open their profile.
To link a driver to a user:
Switch to the 'User account' tab.
Check the box labeled 'Link to user'.
Select the user from the dropdown list.
If the user doesn't exist yet, create the user first.Click SAVE to link the driver to the user.
To unlink a driver from a user:
In the same 'User account' tab, uncheck the 'Link to user' box.
Click SAVE to finish unlinking.
📘 After driver and user profiles are linked all rights are user based, including accessible vehicles.
🔔 Keep in mind! If the linkage is removed, the driver will retain access to all vehicles the user had access to.
