What is 'Remote Download Support'?

When going to Tachograph solution ➜ Tachograph data downloads, and then to the "Vehicles" tab, you will see a table with a column named: 'Remote download support'.

This column will show if a vehicle's tachograph supports remote file downloads, with statuses like 'Supported', 'No data', 'Failing', or 'Not Supported'.

For new vehicles, users can use the CHECK REMOTE DOWNLOAD SUPPORT feature, which will show 'Supported', 'Not Supported' (or other statuses) after the check, indicating that some tests or actions are required to make sure that the tachograph will be able to support remote file downloads.

🔔 The ability to perform remote downloads depends on the tachograph model and its settings, which can only be adjusted by certified tachograph workshops.
