Updated over a week ago

Vehicles Already in Use:

  1. In the Tachograph Data Downloads section go to 'Vehicles' tab and find the vehicle you want to check.

  2. Look at the "Remote Download Support" column to see the status:

β€‹β¬œ Supported: This means we have successfully communicated to the telematics and tachograph device inside the vehicle in the last 21 days.

🟨 Unknown: This means we cannot communicate with the telematics device (for example, the device might not have signal).

πŸŸ₯ Failing: This status shows up when tracking device cannot communicate with the tachograph device but it could previously.

πŸŸ₯ Not supported: This indicates we cannot communicate with the tachograph device and we have never been able to do so.

Upcoming Vehicles:

πŸ“˜ We recommend to use this to check tachograph devices for any new vehicle before adding them to the Tachograph solution.

  1. In the Tachograph Data Downloads section click on the CHECK REMOTE DOWNLOAD SUPPORT button.

  2. Drag and drop or upload from your PC a manually downloaded tachograph vehicle file from the vehicle's tachograph.

  3. Wait for the system to complete the check.
