For Server Status
To set notifications about tachograph server status changes:
Go to
Tachograph solution ➜ Tachograph data downloads.
On the top right corner click on the
Settings icon.
Go to the 'Server status' tab.
Choose what you wanna be notified of:
Select 'OK' if you wanna be notified when the server is available.
Select 'DOWN' if you wanna be notified when the server goes down (or becomes unavailable).
Then, select how you wanna be notified, the options are:
Web: As pop-up notifications in our Platform.
SMS: As a text message to one phone number or multiple ones (click the + button to add one more contact and press the - button if you wish to remove it).
E-mail: As an email to one or multiple email addresses (click the + button to add one more contact and press the - button if you wish to remove it).
Click SAVE to set notifications.
For company card expiration
To set notifications about company card expiration:
Go to
Tachograph solution ➜ Tachograph data downloads.On the top right corner click on the
Settings icon.
Go to the 'Company card expiration' tab.
Input how many days BEFORE the expiration date you wish to receive this notification.
Then, select how you wanna be notified, the options are:
Web: As pop-up notifications in our Platform.
SMS: As a text message to one phone number or multiple ones (click the + button to add one more contact and press the - button if you wish to remove it).
E-mail: As an email to one or multiple email addresses (click the + button to add one more contact and press the - button if you wish to remove it).
Click SAVE to set notifications.
