✅ To speed-up and optimize remote downloads you will first need to request additional company cards from your local road transport administration and insert them into your server or provide them to Mapon.
Create new depots, ensuring the number of depots matches the number of company cards.
Add all your vehicles with tachographs into the created depots.
Inform Mapon once all vehicles are added to their respective depots.
Wait for confirmation from Mapon that the company cards have been added to the corresponding depots.
Once confirmed, remote downloads should work more efficiently for your fleet.
🔔 Keep in mind! You can use the same approach for multiple companies under one Mapon account. Just make sure that:
vehicle tachographs are locked with the correct company card;
vehicles are assigned to the corresponding company depots.
