Why aren't my driver or vehicle files downloading?

There could be several reasons why your driver or vehicle files are not being downloaded:

  1. Subscription Issues: Vehicle has not been added or has been excluded from the Tachograph solution.
    ​

  2. Connection Issues: Ensure that the vehicle is driving or operating in the stable mobile network coverage area and the engine is ON.
    ​

  3. Remote Download Support: Verify that remote downloads are supported for the specific tachograph model, tracking device and its settings.
    ​

  4. Company Card Issues: Check if the tachograph is properly 'locked' with a company card, and that the card is compatible and active.
    ​
    (Optional) If you are using depots for different companies under one Mapon account, make sure vehicle is added to the corresponding Depot.

  5. Driver Card Issues: Ensure that Driver card is inserted in the corresponding tachograph slot to process the download.
