In the 'Downloaded files' section of the Tachograph solution module click on FILE DOWNLOAD CONFIGURATION to view the scheduling options.

In the pop-up window choose a schedule for driver files by selecting how often you want the system to download the files (e.g., every 7 or 28 days).

Set a schedule for vehicle files in the same way, ensuring they meet the required interval (e.g., every 7, 14, or 90 days). Set the file activities info period for the download.

You can add an extra remote download day for both file types to ensure an additional download outside the automatic schedule. 📘 Enabling this feature will reset the download schedule. It will download on the specified day of the month (extra download day), then continue based on the previously set interval.

Click SAVE to apply the customized download schedule.

🔔 Keep in mind! The download schedule will only apply to vehicles that belong to your account. Any other vehicles that have been added from other accounts will have download schedules according to the account they belong to.
