To download tachograph file for a custom time period:
Go to
Tachograph solution ➜ Downloaded files.
Go to the Vehicles or Drivers tab (depending on the type of files you want).
Use filters if needed, and select the time period.
✅ To ensure all activities for the required period are included, select a period that slightly exceeds the one requested, covering activities up to the last day.
Click the .ZIP button to download the archive containing all filtered files.
📘If you mark the “Include files with warnings” checkbox, the export will also include warning files. These are files that were downloaded successfully, but have small technical issues (for example, missing or incomplete signatures).
