Go to Tachograph solution ➜ Downloaded files.

Click the Manual download button at the top right.

Choose the file type: "Vehicle tachograph files".
​

Select a vehicle.
​

Choose the time period: "From previous download" or "Custom period".
​

Optionally, mark the checkbox "Include vehicle speed data".
​

Choose if you want to DOWNLOAD NOW (if the engine is on),
or CREATE DOWNLOAD TASK to add it to the download queue.

Go to Tachograph solution ➜ Downloaded files.

Click the Manual download button at the top right.

Choose the file type: "Driver tachograph files".
​

Select a vehicle.
​

Select a card slot where the card is inserted (Slot 1 or Slot 2).
​

Choose if you want to DOWNLOAD NOW (if the engine is on),
or CREATE DOWNLOAD TASK to add it to the download queue.
