If your files are not uploading, it could be due to several reasons:
Pending Status: The files might still be in the upload queue and will attempt to upload later.
Blocked Upload Destination: The upload might fail if the upload destination account is blocked, like if a Tachogram account is suspended for an unpaid invoice.
Failed Uploads: There may have been an issue during the upload process, which you can check in the Upload Status column. You can try again using the Retry button.
📘 Ensure that no changes were made to the authorization details or API settings by your team or on the upload destination side.
🔔 Keep in mind! If you are having issues uploading to FTP or SFTP servers make sure the subnet 213.175.74.128/25 is whitelisted.
