Why my files are not uploading?

If your files are not uploading, it could be due to several reasons:

  • Pending Status: The files might still be in the upload queue and will attempt to upload later.

  • Blocked Upload Destination: The upload might fail if the upload destination account is blocked, like if a Tachogram account is suspended for an unpaid invoice.

  • Failed Uploads: There may have been an issue during the upload process, which you can check in the Upload Status column. You can try again using the Retry button.
