Linking a vehicle to a specific fuel card will automatically assign all fuel refills to the chosen vehicle.
📘 An unlimited number of fuel cards can be assigned to one vehicle.
🔔 If one card is used for several vehicles, we do not recommend assigning a fuel card to one specific vehicle on the platform.
From the fuel cards list
To link a fuel card to a vehicle, from the fuel cards list, click the Edit button on the right side of that specific card, select the vehicle and click SAVE.
While viewing an integration
For integration fuel cards, it can also be done like so:
Go to
Settings ➡ Fuel cards.
Click the INTEGRATION SETTINGS button on the top right.
Click Edit on an integration.
Click on the Vehicle column of the fuel integration card you want and choose a vehicle.
Click the SAVE button at the bottom.
