What is the 'Overview' tab for?
Updated over a week ago

When you go to Driver mangement ➡ Worktime, 'Overview' is the first tab that appears.

This section will give you an overview of the whole month, where you will also be able to see each employee's worked hours and scores, based on the established work days, work hours and score calculations.

Here you will also be able to see their total productive hours, total unproductive hours and total hours in general.

Overview table

On the top part of the table, you will see the numbers representing each day in the month of the selected period, which can be changed quickly by using the arrows. Non-working days will show in a greyed out colour.

Numbers and colours

The numbers on each day represent the worked hours during that day. If it's set as working day but the employee didn't register any worked hours, it will show the number 0.

The colours used in the graph represent the score given based on the percentage of worked hours out of the required hours. You can set your own score intervals in the Score calculation.

Red circle

This red circle means a driver/employee has edited an activity from the mobile app, on this day. Click on it to view the changes and Approve or Decline them.

Green dot

This green dot means the driver/employee is currently tracking work activities from the Mapon Driver mobile app.

On the right most side of the table, you will also see your drivers' total productive hours, total unproductive hours and total hours in general.

Hover to view activities

Hover on a specific day of any employee to see a detailed view of the tracked times. The total working time and all other tracked times will be displayed here. Offline time is displayed in red. This is the time between other periods tracked and can't be switched to a working time.

Open their driver profile

Click on the driver/employee name and you will be redirected to their profile in the Drivers section.
