What is the 'Tracked times' tab for?

The 'Tracked times' tab of the Worktime solution gives you all the activities that have been registered on the time period selected, along with some important details about them like, time, addresses, projects and clients.

Select any time period

While the "Overview" tab only let's you see a whole month, the "Tracked times" tab allows you to select any period of time you need.


View total worktime data

If you want to know how many hours were worked during any week, the past month, or any period of time, you can easily select any time period you want and look at the top data blocks which will tell you total hours worked, total break time, total offline time, and total work activities tracked during that time period.


Use the table

The 'Tracked times' table come with a lot of important information about all the activities tracked during the time period selected at the top.

You will see this green checkmark symbol to easily find which activities were marked as 'productive'.

On this table, you will also be able to Edit the work activities your employees have registered, allowing you to keep all work activities accurate in case of a mistake.

Simply click on the pencil icon on the right side to edit any registered worktime.


Export detailed data

You can easily export all details of all the tracked activities for the time period selected. This can help you keep track of how many hours have been worked for a specific client or project, how long they lasted and where it happened.

To export, click the icon on the top right side of the table.

πŸ“˜ In the exported file, you will find the column "Continued activity from previous"; This means this tracked activity continues from the last activity tracked.
