How to configure your 'Score Calculations' for Worktime

Score calculations in the Worktime solution are used to assign a score or grade using the percentage of the hours an employee has worked throughout the day, in relation to the expected work hours. This system helps you easily assess an employee's productivity and makes performance evaluation clearer, which also makes resource planning more efficient.

You can set up these scores by clicking the settings button on the top right corner of the Worktime solution and then selecting the Score calculation tab.

The default score ranges are set up as shown in the picture below, but you can customize them to fit your own preferences.


Example

Let's say the daily working hours are set to be 8 hours.

If an employee works for 8 hours then 100% of work time is completed and it would show on the table like an 8 with the green color representing an A grade:

If the employee works for 4 hours then only 50% of work time was achieved and they get a grade of D. This would show on the table as a 4 with the orange color representing D grade:
