How does 'Fleet efficiency' work?
Updated yesterday

In the Fleet efficiency section, you can see the percentage score that represents how much of the work hours (on the working days) were the vehicles actually being used.

This is a quick and easy way to track vehicle usage and even working hours.

How to start

To start using the 'Fleet efficiency' solution, you need to setup your working hours and working days. To do this, go to Fleet ➡ Fleet efficiency and click the Settings button on the top right.

Then select your working days and working hours, according to your needs.

🔔 Only users with administrator or unlimited user rights can adjust and modify the settings. Other users can observe the fleet’s efficiency but are unable to alter the settings. Access to the section must be granted, and data will be displayed only for the vehicles that the specific user has access to.

Data display criteria

The data is displayed the next day after applying the settings. The current day is not displayed or taken into overall calculations.

Changing the working days and/or daily working hours or uninstalling the tracking device from the vehicle won’t affect the historical data.

📘 The data is updated once a day at 2:30 GMT. At this time, calculations for the previous day are carried out.

The main parameter we use to calculate the fleet efficiency is the time when the ignition of the vehicle was turned on.

Tracking devices and historical data

The data is calculated only for vehicles with active assigned tracking devices.

Uninstalling the device from a vehicle won't affect the historical efficiency data - it will still be available.

The historical data represents the state of the fleet as it was on a specific date and won't change if new vehicles are added and old ones are deleted.

Therefore, fleet efficiency is a snapshot of the company fleet state on a specific date.
