The process for reporting damages during inspections involves using the Mapon Driver app to log any issues found while inspecting the vehicle. Here's a step-by-step overview:

  1. Report Damages: If any damage is found at the certain step of inspection, mark that step as 'Fail' and leave a note about the damage type.

  2. Add Photos: The user can attach photos of the damage to provide visual proof and additional context.

  3. Submit the Report: Once the inspection is completed, the report, including details about the damage, is submitted through the app, making it available for managers in the Vehicle inspections.

📘 You can add several damages during each inspection step.

📘 All the damages will appear in the 'Historical damage' tab.
