Go to the 'Inspection plans' tab under Vehicle Inspections in Fleet Management, and click CREATE NEW PLAN.

Enter a name for your new inspection plan to make it easy to identify (e.g., "Monthly Vehicle Check").

(Optional) You can optionally request the engine hours and/or the odometer reading for the vehicle.

Choose which vehicles this inspection plan will apply to. You can select individual vehicles or entire groups within your fleet.

Select inspection plan items, where the default items will be offered with relevant comments for the inspection performer that you can change.

(Optional) You can also add custom items to suit your fleet’s specific needs.
​

Define whether the inspection is a one-time event or set frequency criteria to generate new inspection plans based on time, mileage, or engine hours.

Once you’ve set everything up, click SAVE to create the new inspection plan.
