Open the Mapon Go app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
Select the vehicle from the list of vehicles (if not selected before).
Once you’ve selected the vehicle, tap the 'Start' button in the inspection section to begin and then press 'Start inspection'.
Go through the inspection checklist provided in the app, inspecting each relevant part of the vehicle, adding comments and pictures (optional), and marking each item as 'Pass' to be able moving to the next item.
Click the green Instruction button to view important information on how to inspect this item.
If you find any damages, select 'Fail' on the relevant checklist item and add a note or description of the damage. You can also take and upload photos of the damage for further documentation.
If there were any previously reported damages, mark them as 'Not fixed' or 'Fixed'. If there are no new damages, mark the item as 'Pass'.

Once you’ve completed all the checklist items and reported or reviewed and canceled any damages, check the overview of the inspection you have performed.
On the final screen, sign the inspection you have performed and click 'Submit' to mark it as completed for the fleet manager.
By following these steps, you ensure that the vehicle inspection is properly performed and documented in the system.
