Open the Mapon Driver app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.

Select the vehicle (if not selected).

Tap Start in the inspection section, then press Start inspection.
​

Go through the checklist, adding comments/photos (optional), and mark each item as 'Pass' to proceed.

Tap the Instruction button for inspection guidance.
​

If damages are found, select 'Fail', add notes/photos, and upload damage images.
​

If there were any previously reported damages, mark them as 'Not fixed' or 'Fixed', or mark as 'Pass' if no new damages.

Review the completed inspection and finalize any changes.

On the final screen, sign the inspection you have performed and tap Submit to mark it as completed for the fleet manager.
