For all Inspection Plans
Go to the Vehicle Inspections in Fleet Management.
Click on SETTINGS.
Select the statuses for which you want to receive notifications.
Select how the notifications will be sent — either by email, SMS, or as an in-app notification or a WEB pop-up.
Once all details are set, click SAVE to activate the notification for all inspection plans.
For the Selected Inspection Plan
📘 To set the individual notifications the inspection plan must be already created.
Open the Vehicle Inspections in Fleet Management and go to the 'Inspection Plans' tab.
Click Edit Plan to open the form for this specific plan.
In the inspection plan form, switch to the 'Notifications' tab to begin customizing the notification settings.
Select the statuses for which you want to receive notifications.
After setting the notification preferences, click SAVE to start receiving notifications.
