For all Inspection Plans
To set up notifications for all vehicle inspection plans:
Go to Fleet Management → Vehicle Inspections.
Click the gear icon
in the top right corner.
Select the statuses for which you want to receive notifications.
Select how the notifications will be sent — by email, SMS, or as an in-app notification or a WEB pop-up.
Click SAVE to activate the notification for all inspection plans.
For the Selected Inspection Plan
📘 To set the individual notifications the inspection plan must be already created.
To set up notifications for a specific inspection plan only:
Go to Fleet Management → Vehicle Inspections → Inspection plans.
Find the plan you want to set up notification for and click Edit plan.
In the inspection plan form, switch to the 'Notifications' tab.
Select the statuses for which you want to receive notifications.
Select how the notifications will be sent — by email, SMS, or as an in-app notification or a WEB pop-up.
Click SAVE to start receiving notifications.
