Mark Damage as Repaired

Once the repairing is done to mark any of the damage as repaired, click MARK AS REPAIRED and choose one of the available options:

  • SKIP - the status of the damage will automatically change to REPAIRED.

  • NEW REPAIR COST - create a new repair cost which is automatically added to the specific damage and it will also appear in the section Fleet Management > Repair Costs. After you save a new repair cost the status of the damage is automatically changed to REPAIRED.

  • EXISTING - choose an existing repair cost from the list and attach it to the damage. After you save the changes the status of the damage is automatically changed to REPAIRED.

📘 The attached costs will be visible in the overview of the Historical damage. The number in the brackets indicates the number of attached costs, the value is the total sum spent for all attached costs.

✅ All attached costs will be synchronized with the subsection Repair costs of the section Fleet management and there you will see the list of damages attached to specific costs.

📘 Click REPAIRED to change the status of the damage back to 'Open'.
