Why can't I see the planned inspection on the Mapon Driver app?

You might not see the planned inspection on the Mapon Driver app for a few reasons:

  1. Inspection Not Due Yet: The inspection may not appear if it's not yet time for it to be performed, based on the set frequency (time, mileage, or engine hours).

  2. Vehicle Not Selected: Make sure you’ve selected the correct vehicle. The inspection will only appear for the specific vehicle linked to the plan.

  3. No Internet Connection: Ensure your device is connected to the internet, as the inspection plans need to sync with the platform.

If none of the above solves the issue, check if you have the latest version of the Mapon Driver app. If it’s up to date, contact our Client Support Team with this information:

  • Driver name or login email;

  • Inspection plan name;

  • Mobile app version;

  • Mobile device model;

  • Device's OS version;

  • Any relevant screenshots or screencast.
