Beyond adding new service reminders, here’s how you can make the most of the Service Reminders section.
Filter and search
Use our filters to view service reminders by their statuses, vehicle groups or depots.
If you are looking for a specific reminder, you can also use the search bar on the right side.
Service reminder statuses
All added documents are divided into 2 groups of reminders:
Active reminders - all reminders, except the ones with the status Completed.
Completed reminders - reminders with status Completed.
There are 4 statutes to help you manage all the reminders added.
Open | The remainder is created and the expiration settings are not reached. |
Due soon | The expiration settings soon will be reached. Depends on settings that are specified for notifying before the expiration settings are reached. |
Completed | Reminders that have been marked as completed. |
Overdue | Reminders that still haven't been completed and the expiration settings are reached. |
Enable/disable columns
Choose what columns you want to see on the Service reminders section, by clicking on the settings button 
, on the top right side of the table.
Toggle on/off the columns to you liking and click the SAVE button at the bottom.
📘 If you have special equipment added on your vehicles you will also see the option to show these as a column.
