In the Carsharing solution you can choose what vehicles from the selected depot will be available or not available for their booking. Optionally, the vehicle can also be removed from Carsharing.
Add and make available
To add a vehicle to carsharing and make it so it's available for booking:
Go to
Carsharing and select the 'Vehicles' tab.
Click the 'Add vehicle' button in the top right corner.
Select the vehicle from the list using the checkboxes.
📘 If you can't find your vehicle, make sure it is included in the depot you are using for Carsharing and that this depot has an 'object" assigned to it.
On Status, make sure "Available" is selected to make this vehicle available for booking.
Click the SAVE button at the bottom.
🔔 In their driver app, your drivers will only see the vehicles they have access to.
Make unavailable or remove
To make it so a vehicle is not available for booking anymore, or to remove it from Carsharing:
Go to
Carsharing and select the 'Vehicles' tab.
Find the vehicle your are looking for in the list.
Click the pencil icon
on the right side of the vehicle to edit it.
Here you can either:
Select "Not available" to temporarily exclude it from the vehicles available for booking.
Click the red "Remove vehicle" button, to completely remove it from Carsharing.
Click the SAVE button at the bottom.
