Open the Mapon Driver app and click on the Open Carsharing button on the Dashboard.

Tap the + icon at the bottom to start a new booking.

You can click on View availability to find the depot and the vehicle to see available reservation times and continue or you can click Skip.

Select the booking start date and time and end date and time by tapping the fields and choosing from the calendar and clock options.

Choose a start depot (if not preselected by selecting available vehicle).
​

Add stops to your route, up to 10, if want to include them in the booking info.
❗ If the route duration is longer than the booking time, a warning will appear, and adjustments are needed to proceed.

On the next step if you are using several different type of vehicles, you can use filters such as type, transmission or seats to find the most suitable vehicle for the driver within depot.
❗ To use filtering this data needs to be indicated in the Vehicle settings.

Select the vehicle based on suggestions or the one you like.
​

Review the booking details and tap Submit to confirm the reservation.
​

Open the Mapon Driver app and click on the Open Carsharing button on the Dashboard.
​

Tap on a booking to view its details.
​

To edit it click on the pencil icon in the top right, or trash bin to cancel the reservation right away.

Make the necessary changes and tap SAVE.
