A reservation does not activate on its own. You need to manually start the booking using the Mapon Driver app in the Carsharing booking list once the reservation time has begun and you’re ready to use the vehicle. Starting the booking confirms the vehicle is in use and initiates the reservation period. Once started, the system tracks usage and ensures the booking proceeds as scheduled.
✅ If you have enabled notifications on your mobile device for Mapon Driver, you will receive reminders to Start and to Finish your booking.
