Go to
Cameras ➡ Camera settings and on the right side of the camera device, click the Settings button.Go to the Camera information tab and you will see your camera channels under the 'DVR name'.
Here you can add a custom channel name and use the toggle button
to enable or disable a channel.
Click the Update button at the bottom.
After saving, the disabled channel will not be visible in the Livestream, Memory Card and Camera Events solutions.
✅ To enable a channel once again, follow the same steps as above, but instead, check the checkboxes for the channels you want to enable.
