❗High priority warnings

Camera blocked (Automatic event upload is blocked)

Camera can be blocked in two ways:

  1. Automatic block by system: If the system detects over 20 events within a 5-minute span for Howen and Streamax cameras, automatic event uploading is blocked.

  2. Manual user block: Users can manually block event uploading for a specific camera in the 'Camera Settings' section. To unblock, ensure correct event configuration.

To resolve this issue, ensure that the camera's event configuration is correctly set. You can then unblock the camera in the settings section.
