To avoid any issues, we recommend to finish bookings manually when possible, but by default, bookings will automatically finish if they have not started within 30 minutes of the booking starting time.
Additionally, if the booking started, the booking time ends, and you haven’t closed it manually in Mapon Driver, the reservation will finish automatically after 15 minutes, if the vehicle is back in the starting depot's object.
🔔The automatic finishing based on the starting depot's object, depends on reliable GPS and data delivery. If the vehicle is in a garage with poor GPS, the signal may jump, making the system think the vehicle is outside the depot.
Also, if there’s a tracking device power issue or mobile network problem, the system may not detect the vehicle’s return, delaying the finish.
